- A grocery store “Spar” is situated at the back of the building, so you never have to walk far to get groceries.
- In front there is only a pedestrian dike, WITHOUT CAR TRAFFIC and the connecting beach so that this is also very safe for smaller children, with a fine sandy beach which gets very slowly deeper.
